It is so cold here today

and will be all week. I am really

ready for Spring, sunshine,warmer air

and plants emerging.

This piece still needs

some details and shadows.

I have not added any new work

in weeks! I am really stuck. I've created some

backgrounds such as the one above but as for the

main image it is not coming. Have you been creatively

stuck? What helped you to get out of it?

Now that my art show season is over

I just listed four pieces in my Etsy Shop.

It has been quite awhile since I have

used Etsy and I was really rusty on listing pieces.

I also never feel like I have the shipping costs correct.

 

Our weather is gorgeous and I'm

getting ready for a long walk.

The weather looks like it will be cool but dry, perfect

for a Fall art show. If you are in the area please stop

One of my newer small

pieces. 6"x6" I began this

series by painting all of surfaces black

then adding layers of other colors on top.

I had never started with black but I like how it peeks

through the other colors.

 

I will be packing everything this week for

the Historic Shaw Art Fair in St. Louis

next weekend however I did add one last

local art fair. Zionsville Autumn Artscape will

be on October 13th.
